Aagman had recently launched real estate marketplace App MrProptek which has clocked Rs 30 cr sales in July
40% customers booked real estate without site visit, marking a shift towards AI-driven real estate transactions
Chandigarh, August 7, 2025: MrProptek, which is the world’s first Software as a Service (SaaS) based real estate marketplace, created by a 23-year-old tech prodigy from Chandigarh - Aagman Bhatia, is disrupting the way real estate transactions take place. MrProptek has set a new benchmark in digital property sales in the region by clocking sales of over Rs 30 crore of inventory of mainly Mohali in July 2025, a majority of it from residential projects.
Aagman Bhatia, an AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ML (Machine Learning) Post Graduate from Mohali’s Plaksha University, has conceived and developed the innovative app.
What makes this achievement particularly significant is the changing behaviour of property buyers on the platform. Aagman Bhatia, who is also the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Co-Founder, MrProptek said, “40% of buyers booked their homes without visiting the site, relying entirely on MrProptek’s immersive virtual walkthroughs and AI-powered comparison tools.”
According to According to KS Bhatia, CEO of Mr Proptek , only 30% of buyers negotiated on price, underscoring the platform’s transparent pricing structure and buyer confidence in the system. "All of this was achieved with zero marketing spend, proving the organic strength and credibility of the model," he said.
With Rs 3,000 crore plus worth of inventory currently listed, MrProptek is on an aggressive growth trajectory. The start-up aims to hit Rs 5,000 crore in listed inventory within the next few ays, and is targeting Rs 75 crore in monthly sales for August. By the end of August, it plans to host Rs 7,000 crore worth of inventory across key geographies.
Expansion is already underway. K S Bhatia revealed: "MrProptek will launch in Mumbai by August 15, followed by Delhi NCR in September, and Bangalore and Dubai by November. The company is also in advanced talks with global investors, with a funding announcement expected later this month."
Reflecting further, Aagman said: “Through MrProptek we are solving the real estate industry’s biggest problem — 'a prolonged period of time taken in deal closures'. What used to take months now will take hours. That is the future,” said Aagman and revealed that with MrProptek, users can explore, compare, and book properties globally, from the comfort of their phone or laptop.
Aagman carries forward a powerful legacy. He is the son of KS Bhatia, a pioneer of the Indian startup ecosystem, known for founding Pumpkart — the first online pump store, recognized personally by Google CEO Sundar Pichai during the 2015 Digital India Summit in Silicon Valley, attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
MrProptek’s success is a testament to its core belief: the future of real estate is digital-first, AI-powered, and trust-centric. In an industry long plagued by opacity and inefficiency, MrProptek is proving that smart technology can put the power back in the hands of the buyer. As it scales operations and unlocks new markets, MrProptek is not just selling homes, it’s rewriting the rulebook of real estate.
