Governor of Punjab Gulab Chand Kataria reached the Diwali fair organized by the Business Promotion Council in Plaza, Sector 17 Chandigarh and boosted the morale of the businessmen. He congratulated the traders for organizing such a great fair. There is a lot of enthusiasm among the traders on the arrival of the Governor in this Diwali fair and they are thanking the Governor repeatedly. The Governor, who reached the Diwali fair, praised the managers after seeing the arrangements of the fair. On this occasion, Governor Gulab Chand Kataria was also honored by the Business Promotion Council.
